Details: The Manufacturing Supervisor will be in charge of managing & minimizing production scrap rate. Manages material consumption to minimize usage, maximize efficiency rates, while minimizing downtime and labor per unit. Identify potential causes for nonconforming parts to scrap collections area. Communicate effectively with other Zone Leaders to enure smooth operation and transition across lines, departments, and shifts. Responsible for training & continually monitoring performance of team members including regular performance appraisals and coaching. FAcilitate zone meetings. Resolver minor employee grievances and administer discipline when necessary. Compliance with all local, state and federal requirements such as: OSHA, EEO, DOT.
