Human Resources Manager

Details: Partners with business leaders for the recruitment, selection, assignment, motivation, and training and development of qualified employees. Provides HR expertise to optimize business operations.  Ensures operations are in compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations.  Position will span multiple functional areas to include compensation, benefits, and labor/employee relations within the human resources function. This position will be based in the Sacramento, CA office with approximate 25-30% travel to the Chatsworth, CA office or among other Company locations.  Reports to the Director, Human Resources in the Company's corporate office.  Key Tasks & Responsibilities    Directs adaptation of broader policies, plans and programs to meet accepted objectives. Directs administration of local hiring, compensation, benefits and training programs. Participates in employee relations. Administers policies and procedures. Counsels managers on matters related to personnel including employment, training, development, and talent management.  Assures implementation of broader policy and adherence to external regulations.
