Directs and makes recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations. Develops and implements operational policies and procedures.Qualifications/Competencies/Experience:Bachelor's degree required. 7-10 years of experience in the production and/or manufacturing or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the fabrication concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to top management.
