Risk Mgmt Reporting ManagerSummaryThis position will manage the Reporting Team and the execution of its day-to-day responsibilities.  It will partner with the Data Management Team, our Businesses, Processes and Audience.  Consider, pursue and support more effective and efficient reporting opportunities.  Deliver accurate and timely reporting, as a means of assisting our audience in the management of risk and control. Function OverviewThe NAO&T Risk Control Team performs centralized reporting on behalf of several organizations - including: (1) North America Operations & Technology (NAO&T), Consumer Operations & Technology - all regions, Corporate Operations & Technology Risk Management, and Consumer North America.  It also performs a supporting role on behalf of the same organizations, as well as, Corporate Compliance and Control & Emerging Risk and other Risk Control communities; providing reportable information for executive management.  Related to these responsibilities includes the centralized gathering and reconciling of data elements (electronic & manual), oversight of certain risk programs for reporting purposes, subject matter experts, etc.Responsibilities (include, but not limited to)•         Managing Reporting Team - including 5 to 6 direct reports•         Possible presentation (and discussion) of final reports to various audiences and respond to questions•         To meet with primary report audience, meet expectations and manage any additional reporting requests•         Developing effective working relationships with Business and Process partners•         Manage and service ad hoc requests - leveraging existing reporting - following/communicating established standards•         Timely publication/delivery of all reports•         Compilation of reports and respective data elements - ie, audits/exams, BIs/CAPs, RCSA results, etc - including talking points•         Pursuit of effective and efficient reporting processes•         Acting as an integral member of the Risk Control community with adherence to , support of and an advocate for sound risk and control management - including policies, standards, guidance, etc•         Find creative ways to enhance analytical capabilities•         Maintain the inventory of the Team's reporting
