Manage the Global Technology Operations Problem Management Team located in Irving, TX and Singapore.Responsibilities include oversight of all GTO and CATE - Networks & Voice problem records.Tasks are tracked to resolution for GNCC and CATE to ensure proper investigation, troubleshooting, and preventative actions are performed for any related outages.Participate in defining problem management policies and procedures for GTO.ITIL Certification Oversight of problem management.Manage the team's project and daily work load.Define metrics and reporting.Ensure we remain compliant with Audit and Information Security Standards.Some travel maybe required. This is a 7X24 responsibility.
