Sr. Project Manager - Flexcube - This is a role within the Global Flexcube & ALTO TTS Operations Project team, responsible for rollout of Flexcube & ALTO and other affected TTS applications in LATAM region from Global Ops perspective.The position will be physically located in Tampa, USA. However, regular travel to a number of South American countries may potentially be required.As the Senior Project Manager - Flexcube, the main purpose of this role will be to provide global operational and technical expertise, oversee project plan from operations perspective to make sure it meets business needs, perform analysis of current processes, functions & features and data related to the country where Flexcube & other TTS applications are being implemented in LATAM bringing in best practices from rest of the world while appreciating and retaining the local competitive edge/legal/regulatory needs.Key Responsibilities:• Review and signoff various project deliverables like project plan, charter, issues log, acceptance strategy, plan, artifacts from Global Ops perspective• Act as the Ops lead & change agent transforming current business processes to comply with Global TTS Ops minimum• Produce Data & Process specifications for Flexcube• Produce operational business requirements for Flexcube• Document operational process & procedures required to support rollout of Flexcube & other affected TTS applications• Map the business requirements to the proposed global and regional systems, especially Flexcube & FLEXCUBE associated partners systems being used by Citigroup globally• With the knowledge of Citi's various systems interface architecture & related infrastructure in use in LATAM and other regions, assisting global operations project team in responding to any queries coming out of interfaces development and data migration utilities from requirements phase to final integration/testing• Conduct operational process review sessions, documenting 'as is' process and suggesting 'to be' processes based• Persuade & influence others through developed communication & diplomacy skills with colleagues in other areas to ensure conflicts are resolved/business objectives met• Provides in-depth & sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems & develop innovative solutions.• Suggest process improvement opportunities for best utilization of systems being implemented• Providing operations level support to users before, during and post cutover phases of the project• Explain the business requirements related to global and regional systems to the respective development teams and participating in the formulation of the potential approaches for fulfilling the gaps• Perform analysis of business & operational processes, data, functions and features of current legacy payments, receivables and clearing applications in the respective countries and compare with best practices, standard functions and features across the globe• Escalate project risks through the operations management chain as appropriate
