Modular Wiring Sales Manager

Details: Charged with establishing and cultivating business and professional relationships with agencies, distributors, contractors, owners, OEMs and end users.  These relationships should be leveraged to profitably grow our market share and drive sales of RELOC Wiring products.  Responsible for being the company's eyes and ears within the marketplace and serve as the voice of our customer to internal company functions.  Key Tasks & Responsibilities   Drive rapid sales and margin growth in assigned geography by identifying, developing and implementing sales strategies with key accounts and growth opportunities. Develop open lines of communication with all customers and influencers within assigned geography.  Understand their business models to achieve improved outcome for all parties. Provide product, policy, promotion and sales training for all customers.  This is achieved through on-going training and communication with internal functions back in Conyers as well as direct field contact with our agency and distributor personnel. Daylighting Sales Manager

Details: Act as subject matter expert in daylighting for all Acuity Brands channels. Develop relationships and proposals with identified channel opportunities, including first line of communication with direct strategic accounts and corporate accounts as assigned.  Manage, train and support daylighting related business activities for all Acuity Brands channels in the region; learn about their business and develop a program designed to bring value to their customers through direct contact and communications. Provide a working knowledge of solution based applications combining daylighting, controls and electric lighting.  Key Tasks & Responsibilities:•   Meet or exceed sales goals for Region as identified by leadership. Sales growth in Region through existing strategic accounts, and new Acuity channels•   Education and training for C&I and roofing agents and all Acuity Channels. Assist with design, layout, nomenclature and order processing.  Including proficient use of Agile, Oret and SkyCalc.  Focus on Solution Sell best practices with knowledge of daylighting, controls and electric lighting products and integration of technologies  •   Lead the Region in implementing strategies at key accounts. Management of resources to ensure maximum sales and lowest cost. Utilize internal and external personnel identified to assist in best daylighting solution for customer, and integrate Solution Sell strategy for all Acuity Brands products.•   Drive innovation for Sunoptics thru understanding customer needs and communication of needs of customer to various departments.
