Details: Category:  Distribution Center To assist with the supervising of the daily operations of the Distribution Center. Must assure, through the supervision of the Team Leaders and clerical team, that all established policies and procedures are implemented in a consistent manner which assures efficiency and cost minimization. Responsible for teammate development by scheduling on-going training programs for all teammates. Assure compliance of governmental, safety and fire rules and regulations. Responsible for managing the daily operation of the Distribution Center, to include receiving, shipping, storage/pick and pull, replenishment and systems/inventory control.REQUIRED:-College graduate or equivalent experience in Distribution Supervision/Management.-Related experience or skill to perform in a managerial or administrative function-Experience with a Warehouse Management System-Good oral communications skills. Loss Prevention Manager - Distribution

Details: Category:  Distribution Center Provides expertise and leadership direction for all loss prevention programs through successful execution of asset protection and accident reduction programs for the Distribution Center facility. Responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance to the company’s workplace safety programs. Provides direction and follow-up to hourly teammates and managers to ensure all policies are observed, audits and necessary action steps are completed, and a safe work environment is maintained. Manages both internal and external accident and loss investigations.REQUIRED:-Bachelor's degree preferred.-A minimum of 2 years loss prevention leadership experience or equivalent is required.-Proven ability to lead, coach and build teammate relationships. Must be able to direct and motivate a diverse teammate population.-Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems of varied scope; must be able to act decisively in implementing solutions.-Strong organizational skills for planning work and continuously monitoring progress towards goals.-Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a surrounding of continual change.
