There are no other CMS Support teams in the Americas as the process was recently centrally located in Buffalo. Responsibilities will include workflow coordination, reconciliation, compliance, control, audit functions, invoice/payment authorization, signoff and project support.Candidate will assume a lead role on interactions with the front office, middle office, and external counterparties. The CMS Support Manager will also be responsible for first level escalations, implementing process and procedure changes, and additional risk approvals. The candidate should be comfortable in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment, be customer service oriented, and have an ability to identify and lead the implementation of process improvements.Liaise with other teams globally to ensure global consistency.Weekly monitoring of account reconciliations and reporting of these metrics to senior management.Relationship management with the Business, Technology, and any other Operational Areas.Develop business goals, plans, and execution of these plans and key strategic initiativesResponsible to support identification of consistent client solutions and process improvements to eliminate manual functions to improve Global performance.
