Key Responsibilities: The position holder will be responsible for some or all of the following: • Serve as strategic advisor by being the primary interface to the business providing consulting support for all aspects of the program • Optimize plans to maximize efficiency of maintenance and effectiveness to the business • Assess and review the recovery strategies of the business for compliance and appropriate risk management • Validate the quality of the businesses plans and capability against published policy • Coordinate alternate workarea strategy execution • Emergency response protocol maintenance • Provide recovery support at time of disaster • Deliver training and awareness materialsDevelopmental Value • Understanding industry best practice worldwide • Knowledge of Citi business operations with exposure to business at a senior level • Exposure to contacts in all Regions globally • Understanding of the major business continuity regulations globally
